Hot, Windy and rainy. This was my third Honolulu marathon and I really enjoyed it.

I placed 8432 overall in 5:27:51, a pace of 12:31 and 643 of my group age M45-49 out of 1169 ! I finished 5429th man.
My bib is 13140 and the details are here: http://live.pseresults.com/e/134#/watchlist

10K 1:08:58
21K 2:31:39
30K 3:42:40
40K 5:11:35

I spent 15K overtaking slower runners and walkers, running on side walks, overtaking walkers constantly.
From 10K till 35K, we had rain, heavy rain, very strong Northern wind making our progression to Hawaii Kai difficult and painful.

I had the feet completely smashed (like in smashed potatoes). I could not really pushed.
I injured my chest with chaffing as the Band Aid i used to protect my teton went away with humidity (or poor quality). I have no blisters, quite surprisingly. After the race i realized i had a few nasty small blisters under the feet.

The number of walkers was amazing. No cut off time, tons of slow Japanese ladies (some were fast). It made my first part of the race dangerous as I started at the back of the pack. I may have overtaken more than 10,000 people, which slowed me so much I lost all hope of making a good performance.
