I want to improve my running speed. I plan to run 5k in 30 minutes, then 29, 28, 27, 26 (my PB) and then 25. A new PB target. I’ll train at the gym and on Bowen road. I’ll establish the milestones on the running machine and I’ll make the effort to find a track (in Aberdeen, Tsing Yi or Kowloon east) to establish a new PB.
First step : 29:40 for 5K on march 7, 2014. Done. I really sweated a lot but I made it. I’ve somehow heavy legs this (next) morning.
