I now want to avoid the injury that would prevent me from enjoying Tokyo Marathon. I go to the Gym to ride a bicycle and get lessons from a trainer.
I’ve cut on the food at lunch time: no more cakes! And two half sandwiches only!
Now, I to be even more selective by avoiding the mayo-based sandwich.
I’m not losing a kilogramme as usual.
