After 9 months off without a trainer, I gave it another go today.
I’m worse in all aspects of fitness than 9 months ago, but at least, I’m not injured anymore. I’m fatter, heavier, with a BMI over 26, obese again.
So i had my first session, struggling with abs (or lack of), good legs (a lot of bike and hiking recently) and weak arms as usual.
I was suffering for like 2 hours after the lesson at the office! Incredible!
So we’ll see the progress over time. I’ll cut the food a little and the booze completely.
