Hello World.

I’ve been away for a long time, since Hong Kong Marathon. I went to Tokyo for the 6th Tokyo marathon and I’ve been training a lot at the gym, but I didn’t run that much outside and never on the tracks.

However, as I’m visiting Alex at Middlebury, we arranged for a small track session on the campus of his college. After a good warming session of 400m + 5x (200m run + 200m walk), i went for a 400m and a 100m. Alex is faster than me on 100m (16″).

And I established two Personal Best in one session. Happy.

I ran with Alex and with Evelyne. She ran 1800m, first run in 15Y since her rock climbing accident in Chamonix.
