Here is Tokyo Marathon time.

The web site to follow runners: http://r.tokyo42195.org/

My bib is 33145.

I’ll start in G group so, if you’re on the road side, look for a G33145.

It’s also on NTV for 7 hours live: 35,000 runners are out there !

My theoretical plan is

Start Elite: 9:10
My start time: 9:30 (I need a water station before the start)

5K Iidabashi eki: 10:03:20
10K Hibiya: 10:36:40
15K Shinagawa: 11:10:00
20K Hibiya/Ginza: 11:43:20
25K somewhere before Asakusa bashi 12:16:40
30K some place on the way back from Asakusa 12:50:00
35K Kabukiza 13:23:20
40K Toyosu : 13:56:20
Finish line, tokyo Big site: 14:11:20

My pace is exactly 40 seconds by 100 meters. Sounds pretty easy 🙂
I usually start losing the pace at 25K after eating too many bananas.
I don’t like running in wet shoes, so rain will slow me down.

My goal is a solid Personal Best of 15 minutes. Thank you all for your support.

I’ll run again for the Tyler Foundation for childhood cancer charity. They’re doing a fantastic job.
