Les résolutions du coureur:

1. Descendre à et maintenir un poids de course (sub 80 ?)
2. Courir 1,500 kilomètres
3. Piscine 2x par semaine + push ups
4. Etre responsable
5. Profiter de la vie avec la famille et les amis le plus possible
6. Ecrire tous les jours
7. Terminer deux nouvelles distances: 1500 m ? 20 km ? …
8. Courir un half marathon à Obuse en juillet avec Al.
9. Courir un 10K en moins de 55 minutes !
10. S’amuser en faisant les points 1 -9

Et Bonne et Heureuse Année 2010 !!!
