Seulement 4 kilomètres ce mois ci et cela risque d’être le chiffre final…

Gros repos. J’ai toujours mail sur le devant de la jambe droite. Donc pour éviter un risque de fracture de fatigue, je prends un mois de repos. Je suis à 81.5kg, donc c’est mieux pour courir.

On part à LA et LV la semaine prochaine. A plus.

Et je lis des blogs ou l’auteur court 100 miles par semaine! 🙂

A LA, au gym de l’hotel, je cours avant d’aller dîner. 3x 5km et 1x 3km.

Semaine: 18k.
Mois: 22k
Année: 245.5k.
