Jeudi 20 Mars: Printemps

Jeudi 20th

Tamako Ekiden: 5.694 K

Lots of quick runners. 7 teams from Namban Rengo. Maybe 60-80 teams in total.

My time: 35 minutes on a hilly course. Slowest as usual in a mixed team,
not in contention for the title. I’m an embarrassment for NR, so I’ll focus on individual events, where I can run discreetly 🙂

Mid way, I almost fell when hitting a 1.5 cm light reflector protuberant in the middle of the road. Hit badly my right foot/leg. I ran/job home with number 404-4. My number was 384-4.

Weather: Winter tempest with heavy rain and wind. Miserable.
Conditions: Muddy and wet flat terrain for accommodation, wet and slippery road for running. No shelter.

Samedi: Home to Gosho and return. 7.5K . Nice weather, first cherry blossoms.

Mercredi 26: 5K au stade après le boulot. Tranquille.

Semaine: 22.5k.
Mois: 53.5k
Année: 233.5k, 100 étages.
