New York running:

Décembre 23: Difficile de résister à l’envie d’aller courir quand je croise tant de coureurs dans les couloirs et les ascenceurs de l’hotel. Je pars vers Central Park à 6 blocs au nord de l’hotel. 41’00 run sous la pluie jusqu’au grand oval. 6K.

Décembre 26: Tour complet de Central Park jusqu’à Harlem. De fortes cotes vers le Metropolitan Museum et Harlem 1:13’31 32 to go, 33’41 to come back, full loop. 11K

Décembre 28: Petit tour jusqu’au reservoir après la pluie. Beaucoup de boue autour de la boucle mais des vues remarquables sur les beaux immeubles qui bordent le parc: 59’38 en tout dont le reservoir en 16’59. 9K.

Semaine: 26 kilomètres, 0 abs, 0 circuit
Année: 1075 kilomètres, 1620 abs, 5 circuits
