Salut, hi,

I’m in Brittany, in Erquy. The weather is great, the first time since last year :-). The grass is green, wheat is 3 weeks late, and maize is fine.

I run 45 minutes slow this morning at 6:30 for sun rise, a little personal asahi. I went from home to Cap d’Erquy, then a little on the trail but it’s too rocky to run. It’s mostly downhill from my house. the return was then, guess, uphill. Didn’t see many people around here. Too early? 5K.

Another very easy run on the Cape at 7:45. Nice weather, 17 degree, perfect running conditions. I ran to Lortuais and back to Leguen. 5K.

Thursday: 14K between Erquy and Plurien at 7:15. Very nice place to run on trail and small roads. Nice view of the countryside up to the Cap Frehel. 1:33 in total, 45 and 48 minutes. I had a pit stop at my parents house.

Semaine: 24 kilomètres, 25 abs, 0 circuit
Année: 753.5 kilomètres, 1390 abs, 5 circuits
