Petite semaine, avec peu de course. Je suis crevé.

Mercredi, entrainement sur piste avec le club à Oda field. Je fais 4×800. Et j’établis un nouveau record du premier coup avec 3:44:51. 9 secondes de mieux!!! Les semi miles suivant sont un peu plus durs. Total 5K.

800m: 3’44″51 (track) <– New PB
1K: 4’40″07 (track)
1 mile: 8’23” (track)
5K: 27’27” (track), 29’13” (Obuse)
