La semaine douze a ete une semaine de recuperation intense ou j’ai
beaucoup dormi et soigne mon rhume.

Lundi: Repos

Mardi: 87.7. Petite course de 3 kilometres, juste un petit tour jusqu’a
Yotsuya, bien couvert car le vent est froid.
Pas de probleme. Super forme. J’ai besoin des hormones fabriquees ou
liberees pendant l’effort dans le cerveau.

C’est comme une drogue tres forte qui change mon humeur du tout au tout.

Mercredi: 6.9 km. Partant de ma base secrete je cours jusqu’au New Otani
en longeant les douves a l’aller comme au retour. 87.6 avant 86.7 apres.

Jeudi et Vendredi: repos

Samedi: 8.5 kilometres en allant du cote du palais du prince heritier a Yotsuya.

Total Semaine : 18.4 kilometres
Total training: 313.6 kilometres soit 195 miles. Je suis le premier surpris.
