Bon. On debute cette seconde semaine …

Dimanche: 5000 m en passant par les gares de Yotsuya et iidabashi le long des douves. 45 minutes en marche / course alternee.89.7.

Prochain objectif la course for the cure le 21 Octobre un cinq mille metres autour du palais imperial.

On a mange dans le meilleur restaurant du Japon i.e. Chez Pierre. Mais en fait on a trop mange car c’est trop bon.

Lundi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya sous la pluie. 90.4. Trop mange hier.

Mardi: Repos. 90.6. Trop bon chez Pierre.

Mercredi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya. 90.7. Horreur.

Jeudi: Repos. 90.3. Ouf.

Vendredi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya sous une forte pluie. 89.7.

Samedi: Repos. 89.6. Pouf.Pouf…
