Debut du programme:

Dimanche: long run de 2000m 🙂 et 2 heures de marche vers Ginza.

Lundi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya. 91.7.
Je cours un peu plus qu’hier.

Mardi: repos. 91.4.

Mercredi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya. 90.9. Temps frais apres la grosse pluie froide de la veille.

Jeudi: repos. 90.1.

Vendredi: 20 minutes de course/marche jusqu’a ichigaya. 89.8. Plus de continuite dans la course.

Samedi: On va faire du velo et un apres midi de volontariat pour les athletes des Special Olympics. Fun and Fun. 89.2.
