Hello there,

I ran my first 5K today with FIT for Charity Japan 2005 in 33 minutes and 39.75 secondes around Imperial Palace. It was a tough race because of the hot weather: The weather was very sunny, hot, well over 30 degres celsius, and quite humid.

I’ll have some pictures later on from my company representative and my friend Justin. More than 1000 runners from the Financial (mostly foreign investment banking) Industry in Tokyo (FIT). Contributions topped 18 million yen for 5 local charities.

Fit for Charity

En plus large: ici.

A great run, fantastic organisation and a lot of fun. I’ll run again this automn for cancer research, as I have very strong personal interest in this field.
